Description
With support from the Province of British Columbia, the City of Nanaimo is seeking proposals to develop a Community Safety and Well-being Strategy (CSWB) ensuring that existing initiatives and strategies are effectively aligned to reduce crime and promote public safety through multi-sector collaboration. The plan will include a comprehensive review of existing initiatives that address social issues, community safety concerns related to mental health and addictions, homelessness, poverty, violent repeat offending and survival crimes.
The City has a grant of $75,000.00 to complete this project.
