(BCI) on an ‘as and when required’ basis. BCI is seeking Proponents with skills and expertise in one, or more, of the following areas: Writing & Editing, Photography, Videography, Graphic Design, Digital Content Creation. Please note that interested parties are requested to return a singed Proposal Notification Form as an indication of their intent to respond. BCI will not accept any Proposal from Proponents that did not return this form by October 13 , 2023 at 3:00 PM PST (outlined in Section 3.1, Schedule).
