| Take notice that in accordance with Section 15 of the Forest Act, the Regional Executive Director of the West Coast Natural Resource Region has offered a replacement of Forest Licence A75083 to its holder Lions Gate Forest Products Ltd. The offered replacement forest licence, if accepted by Lions Gate Forest Products Ltd. will have a term of 15 years effective March 31, 2024, be located in the North Island TSA, and will have substantially the same timber rights as the licence, which it replaces.
