Description
Qualified bidders are invited to submit their Bid for supply and delivery of Landscaping Services to The University of British Columbia, Okanagan Campus as indicated within this bid document. Work shall include the provision of all labour, equipment and materials to maintain the Okanagan Campus grounds the term of the contract and in accordance with APPA Landscape Maintenance Standards and Guidelines. All plants, materials and planting techniques are to be in accordance with the most recent edition of the Canadian Landscape Standard.
Electronic Delivery: Proponents are instructed to download the document and submit their Proposals electronically through UBC’s
Bonfire portal (https://ubc.bonfirehub.ca/portal/). 
NOTE: A mandatory Site Visit of the place of the Work and Pre-Tender Briefing, commencing from Room UNC 334 at the University Centre Building at the University of British Columbia, Okanagan Campus in Kelowna, BC.
The Meeting will be Conducted on October 11, 2023 at 9:00AM (Pacific Time). It will also include a Campus Site Walk through
Failure to attend the Site Visit and Pre-Tender Meeting will be sufficient basis for disqualification.
