Description
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization to retain a General Contractor for the E426-00 LGH Xray Room 4 Replacement project. The project involves tenant improvement to Xray room #4 at Lions Gate Hospital, where the existing medical imaging equipment (Xray) is to be replaced with new.  Minor wall adjustments and finishes are to take place to improve workflow and functionality of the space. The project is anticipated to start on November 15, 2023 and substantial completion on March 15, 2024, with anticipated ready-for-takeover on April 1, 2024.
