Description
The Ministry of Finance is seeking an individual to act as the Province Project Director for the Strategic Revenue Management - Application Development Projects (SRM-ADP) representing the Revenue Division and the Information Management Branch. The Province Project Director may also be called upon to support the migration of TACS programs to another platform.
The Ministry of Finance expects Proponents to have recent (within the last five years) experience directing similar size ($1MM +) and complexity IM/IT projects, through the full project lifecycle and complete end to end business solution. This includes proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders’ expectations through the formal specification and agreement of goals, objectives, scope, outputs, resources required, budget, schedule, roles, and responsibilities. The successful Proponent should also have subject matter expertise regarding tax administration, revenue management and financial management.
