Trade contract tenders, as detailed below, are requested by Public Tender in regard to Howard DeBeck Elementary Seismic Upgrade, 8600 Ash St, Richmond, BC V6Y 2S3.

A mandatory site walk-through for C-001 Hazardous Material Abatement will occur on October 25th, 2023 at 3:30pm to review the existing conditions and scope of work.
 
 
The project consists of a structural seismic upgrade with re&re of mechanical, electrical, envelope, and fire suppression to the existing Howard DeBeck Elementary School located in Richmond, BC. The construction will occur in an occupied teaching environment with upgrades being phased and utilizing four temporary portable classrooms for swing space. The main focus of the structural upgrade is to connect the foundations to the roof diaphragms for improved performance in a seismic event.  The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
