Description
ICBC and the BC Government are exploring requirements for a new scope of services for assessing passenger vehicle sales tax, while this assessment is being completed ICBC and BC Government must maintain access to the current data for vehicle valuations to support passenger vehicle sales. ICBC anticipates approaching the market for these new services within the next 12 months.
Vendors wishing to object to this decision should send an email to Sourcing@ICBC.com by Oct 27, 2023, 12:00 pm PT with specific reasons for their objection. Vendor qualification, compliance with B.C. laws and the ability to provide the same level and type of service, same quantities, at a lower cost and in the same timelines required by ICBC will be key criteria with regard to the consideration of vendor’s objections.
