Offers will be opened in private by the Owner and reviewed with the Consultant. Bid results will be tabulated and
distributed to all bidders.
INTENT
The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete the construction work located at
311 Ross Street NE (Salmon Arm, BC) for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents.
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS IDENTIFICATION
The Contract Documents are identified as ‘City of Salmon Arm: Ross Street Plaza Washroom Addition’ as
prepared by the Consultant, AVEX Architecture Inc. (Salmon Arm, BC) and Syme Structural Engineering Ltd.
(Salmon Arm, BC), and listed in the Table of Contents.
