Description
The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure is moving forward with the Belleville Terminal Redevelopment Project in Victoria, British Columbia. The Project is located on the traditional territory of the Lekwungen People, also known today as the Esquimalt and Songhees Nations. The purpose of this RFQ is to invite interested parties to submit Responses indicating their interest in, and qualifications for, the Belleville Terminal Redevelopment Project - Phase II. Based on the evaluation of these Responses, the Province intends to select, in accordance with the terms of this RFQ, a shortlist of up to three Proponents to be invited to participate in the next stage of the Competitive Selection Process, the Request for Proposals stage.
