Please note with respect to the RCSA 172414 Group Lodging Services posted on the 3rd day of August, 2023, that the Province, without waiving any other particular reservation of rights, is exercising its RCSA section 3.22 reservation of rights to:
• reject all Responses; and
• to cancel the RCSA prior to entering into a CSA with a Respondent.
