Description
Transportation Investment Corporation requires Resources to provide expert procurement advisory services to the Division’s Customers. These services are project-based, and include, but are not limited to, competitive procurement processes such as Requests for Proposals, Requests for Qualifications, Tenders and Invitations to Quote.
The purpose of this MUL RFQ is to qualify Resources experienced in developing and managing Canadian competitive procurement projects.
Based on the evaluation of the Responses to this Mul RFQ the Province intends to establish a List of Qualified Resources who, on an “as, if and when requested” basis, may be contacted directly, or asked to compete, to enter into one or more Contract(s) for provision of the services described in this MUL RFQ.
