Fraser Health (FH) intends to extend the contract with ReLoad Sustainable Design Inc. for Energy Modeling Advisory Services for the Burnaby Hospital Redevelopment Project.
The maximum value of this contract extension will be $50,000.00 - plus tax. FHA has chosen not to complete a Request for Proposal (RFP) process but negotiate the contemplated contract for the following reasons:
- ReLoad Sustainable Design Inc. has performed similar compliance energy advisory services on several major lower mainland health care infrastructure projects.
- ReLoad Sustainable Design Inc. has been acting as Energy Advisor as part of the Owner’s Advisor team for the Burnaby Hospital Redevelopment Project since January 2020.
- ReLoad Sustainable Design Inc. has established working relationships with the Burnaby Hospital Redevelopment project team and campus stakeholders.
- ReLoad Sustainable Design Inc. has knowledge of Burnaby Hospital campus existing systems and infrastructure.
- ReLoad Sustainable Design Inc. already completed a preceding scope of work with significant relevance to ongoing activities. This includes the project designing review currently in progress.
- ReLoad Sustainable Design Inc. maintains a seniority level: Expert, as required by the project with deep insight to the project energy design profile for future project phases.

Provide proof showing your experience related to the requirements defined in this Notice of Intent. Only challenges from qualified Consulting firms will be reviewed.
