Description
The Providence Health Care (“PHC”) is seeking a qualified Contractor to furnish all labour, materials, equipment and services to renovate Radiology Room One (G330) at Mount Saint Joseph Hospital (“MSJ”) located at 3080 Prince Edward Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Project will involve, but is not limited to, demolition, abatement, infection control, heating and ventilation, plumbing, electrical, lighting, construction of new walls, ceilings, doors and frames, flooring, and all associated materials and finishes.  The Project is to be completed in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings (see section 4.2 – Proponent’s Package for details).  Through this RFP, Providence Health Care (“PHC” or the “Owner”) intends to select a preferred Proponent to enter Contract (see Appendix A) for the demolition, and construction work as defined in section 1.2 below.
