Description
The City wishes to retain the services of a professional consultant to conduct an assessment, design, and provide construction services of the system electrical, motor control centre (MCC) and progammable logic control (PLC) system upgrade.  The focus of the implementation is to replace aging infrastructure, obsolete controls and communications equipment and provide a standardized platform.
