Project Description: New Daycare Facility in Squamish, BC.
Bids will be received at the office or electronically by Clark Builders in their role as (Construction Manager) no later than 2:00 pm on December 19th 2023 (Local Time),
Bids must be clearly marked “Valleycliffe Daycare Facility” in a sealed envelop delivered/couriered to the following address before the indicated closing date and time. Electronically submitted or emailed bids are also accepted.
Tender documents will be available for viewing on the Building Connected project site at www.buildingconnected.com (request access from Clark Builders) by bidders who are authorized to conduct business in the province of BC.
Tender documents shall be basis upon which Bids shall be submitted. The Tender Documents consist of the following:
Construction Managers General Requirements for Bidders
CCDC 2021 and Clark Builders Supplemental Conditions
Information Documents (See Construction Managers General Requirements for Bidders) Drawings and Specifications Addenda (if applicable)
Clark Builders reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, or to accept the Bid which they deem to be in the Owner’s best interest.

Bidders are recommended to attend a pre-bid site visit at one of the following times. The meeting location will be at the John Hunter Parking lot at 38426 Hemlock Ave.

Deadline for any pre-bid RFI's will be due by 5:00PM on December 12, 2023.
