This project focuses on building in-house genomics capacity at the Animal Health Centre (AHC, Abbotsford) to ensure that the Molecular Diagnostics and Virology Sections have the genomics expertise and the next-generation whole genome sequencing based cutting-edge diagnostics tools to provide diagnostics and surveillance services to BC’s farmers, animal industry, and government agencies
