Legal Aid BC (LABC) is seeking a consultant to evaluate internal policies, processes, practices, structures, behaviours, attitudes, beliefs, outcomes and processes, as they relate to strategy, leadership, structure, benefits, and learning, and to recommend actions to achieve a “Proactive” level of maturity in accordance to the Global Diversity Equity and Inclusion Benchmarks.
