B.C. Pavilion Corporation (“PavCo”) is looking for a qualified Proponent to supply and install new Content Management System (“CMS”) digital signage screens at BC Place Stadium (“BC Place”), inclusive of a turkey installation and OEM certification to permit PavCo staff to perform maintenance work on the screens (the “Project”).
Proponents must register for one of two mandatory visit:
Site Visit #1 - 1:00 pm January 9, 2024
Site Visit #2 - 1:00 pm January 10, 2024
Registration form is in the main RFP document Appendix D - Proponent Site Visit Registration and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
The installation of new digital screens is expected to start February 12, 2024. All work need to be completed before October 31, 2024.
