Description
To acquire a professional mechanical engineer to provide a proposed solution that meets current ventilation and energy efficiency standards, prepares supporting studies required for FortisBC energy efficiency rebate applications, provides Direct Digital Controls that can be remotely monitored from VIRL administration offices in Nanaimo North, and provide estimated project costs, based on the scope. The successful Proponent would oversee the project to conclusion.
