The Capital Region Housing Corporation (CRHC) invites detailed proposals from Building Envelope Engineering Firms in accordance with the Proposal Documents. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a Building Envelope Engineer to provide Services for CRHC’s proposed affordable housing redevelopment project located at 2249 McCoy Rd, Saanich, BC.
