    PHASE 1 WATERMAIN REPLACEMENT
    INVITATION TO TENDERERS

    DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
    Installation of 333 m of HDPE water main and associated fittings.
    Installation of a 106ft Clear Span Bridge.
    Demolition of existing facilities.

    TENDER DOCUMENTS: Electronic Tender Documents are available through www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca All
    amendments to this tender, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are
    issued on www. bcbid.gov.bc.ca.

    Hardcopies of tender documents can be obtained from the office of L&M Engineering Limited at 1210 4th Ave. Prince George, BC during normal business hours with advanced notice of one day, for a non-refundable fee of
    $150 per document set.

    SITE MEETING: A site meeting to review the proposed works and location of tender will be held on
    February 7th, 2024, at 10 am – 1pm PST. The meeting will begin at the City of Prince Rupert’s Seal Cove boat
    house. Attendance of this site meeting is a non-mandatory condition of tender. Bidders must RSVP to L&M
    Engineering 2 days in advance of the site meeting.

    QUESTIONS: Questions are to be directed to the contact below. Bidder questions will be received up to
    5:00pm PST on February 23, 2024.

    CLOSING DATE: This Tender will close on March 1, 2024, at 2:00pm PST.
