Description
School District 67 (Okanagan Skaha) invites interested general contractors to submit their bids for a new childcare facility to be constructed on the site of the Uplands Elementary School in Penticton, B.C., on or before January 25, 2024. The project consists of a single-story wood frame structure with approximately 585m2 of gross floor area with concrete foundations and slab on grade floor. Exterior siding materials include metal cladding and fibre-cement panels. The project also includes associated site amenities such as fenced play spaces as well as driveways and parking.
