Description
The Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) is seeking a single service provider to (i) deliver Coordination of Services, (ii) design of a service delivery model, and (iii) to deliver on an Early Intervention Plan for blind and partially sighted children (from birth to school entry), their families, and communities in British Columbia. The work requires a clear and cohesive plan for Coordination of Services across the Province, a fully developed service delivery model, and delivery of services in coordination with other providers and in collaboration with MCFD partners in the Health Sector and the Ministry of Education.
