Description
The City of Dawson Creek (City) invites proposals from experienced candidates interested in operating and managing the restaurant situated within Dawson Creek Airport. The space is 1000 sq/ft in size and is located at 80 Vic Turner Airport Road, Dawson Creek, BC. Patrons of the restaurant include travelers as well as an established local customer base.
The selected proponent will be requested to enter into a lease agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables of this RFP. The lease term is 34 months (two (2) years and ten (10) months) beginning on March 1, 2024 and ending on December 31, 2026, with an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
Proponents are encouraged to submit proposals that are creative and imaginative to provide the best available options for the City to explore.
