Description
This Request for Proposal is being issued by the Owner to obtain Proposals for an additional member of an existing Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) Team for a Drywall Trade Contractor (“Other IPD Party”). This Request for Proposal is for a new student residence Project being undertaken by the Owner using the CCDC 30-2018 Integrated Project Delivery Model, as may be reasonably amended by the Owner, as the contract model (“Agreement”) for the delivery method (“Project”). Defined terms in the Agreement apply to this Request for Proposal.
