Description
The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (the “Ministry”) invites proposals from qualified Proponents demonstrating that they have the specialized knowledge, skills, and experience in the fields of pavement management and pavement surface condition evaluation to support the Ministry on an “as and when requested” basis to:
  • Support the administration of the Ministry’s pavement condition survey program;
  • Perform quality control of the data returned by the Ministry’s Pavement Condition Survey Contractor; and
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Ministry’s pavement management program.
     
A separate contract exists for the collection of pavement condition data. There must be an 'arm's length' relationship between the successful proponent of this RFP and the successful proponent of the pavement condition survey RFP.
