Take notice that in accordance with Section 46 of the Forest Act, the District Manager of the Quesnel Natural Resource District has offered the following replacement woodlot licence:
Woodlot Licence: W1996
Licence Holder: Robertson Lake Timber Ltd. jv A.R.E. Trees Ltd.
Location: Robertson Lake
Commencement Date: May 24, 2022
The replacement woodlot licence, if accepted by the current licence holder, will have a term of 20 years and will contain the same land base and timber resources as the woodlot licence it replaces.
