Description
Ledcor Construction Limited, acting as Construction Manager and agent for UBC Properties Trust, is developing the UBC Okanagan Downtown Kelowna Building. This project will include: approximately 100,000 square feet of academic space, a café, some commercial area, a market rental housing residential tower, and below grade parking.
