The following tenders will be accepted at the offices of the Construction Manager not later than 2:00 PM local time, Tuesday March 5, 2024:
A mandatory site walk-through for C-001 Modified Bitumen Roofing will occur on Wednesday February 21st at noon to confirm the existing conditions and scope of work.
The project consists of a roofing upgrade to the existing Alfred B. Dixon Elementary School located in Richmond, BC. The construction will occur in an occupied teaching environment or during the summer when the school is empty. The main focus of the roofing upgrade is to remove and replace the 2-ply SBS roof. The new roof will include an upgraded sloped insulation (R-40) package, new drains, seismic diaphragm and metal drag struts all while maintaining a weather tight structure. There will be other work ongoing at the same time that ties into the roofing. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
