| Take notice that in accordance with Section 15 of the Forest Act, the Regional Executive Director of the West Coast Natural Resource Region has offered a replacement of Forest Licences A29159 to the holder Timberwest Forest Corp. The offered replacement forest licences, if accepted by Timberwest Forest Corp., will have a term of 15 years effective November 15, 2023, be located in the GBR South TSA, and will have substantially the same timber rights as the licence, which it replaces.
