2. Closing time
Bid needs to be submitted by the undersigned, no later than 14:00:00 (2:00:00 pm), March 26,
2024, local time through Bonfire.
3. Site Visit
A Mandatory Site Visit will be held at the main entrance of Martha Jane Norris School at 12928
66A Ave, Surrey, BC V3W 8Z7 on February 27th @ 02:00 PM.
Contractors are responsible to confirm the existing site and building(s) conditions. Claims for
additional costs will not be entertained with respect to existing conditions that could have been
reasonably ascertained by a detailed inspection of the site. Bids will not be accepted by
