Bids are solicited for a Low Slope Roof Replacement and Roof Diaphragm Upgrade project at
William Watson (Site 057) Elementary School at 16450 80 Ave, Surrey, BC V4N 0H3. Electronic
bid packages will be available online on Bonfire at:

2. Closing time
Bid needs to be submitted by the undersigned, no later than 14:00:00 (2:00:00 pm), March 21,
2024, local time through Bonfire.
3. Site Visit
A Mandatory Site Visit will be held at the main entrance of William Watson School at 16450 80
Ave, Surrey, BC V4N 0H3 on February 28th @ 09:00 AM.
Contractors are responsible to confirm the existing site and building(s) conditions. Claims for
additional costs will not be entertained with respect to existing conditions that could have been
reasonably ascertained by a detailed inspection of the site. Bids will not be accepted by
