Description
The purpose of this RFP is to secure a reputable company with a history of success to implement and monitor a multi-year mosquito program for the District of Elkford that will provide residents and visitors an environment in which they can enjoy outdoor recreational activities with reduced mosquito annoyance and reduce the spread of mosquito-borne disease.  The submission should be for up to 5-years.  The area of work will be within Municipal boundaries and focused on the area to limit the mosquitos in the residential areas
