IM/IT SERVICES RSA

The Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills (the “Ministry”) invites suppliers to submit Responses with the qualifications, experience, and capacity to qualify for a Standing Arrangement (SA) with the Province of British Columbia, for the provision of IT Services on an as, if, and when requested basis.

Selected Respondents may be invited to enter into an agreement in substantially the same form as is set out in Appendix B (a “Standing Arrangement”), which will govern the potential subsequent provision of the services pursuant to invitational Call Off Processes.  The Province intends to enter into Standing Arrangements with the four top highest-scoring Respondents that meet all mandatory criteria and all minimum scores (if any). 

Any of the Services may be requested at any time by the Province for a particular assignment or project in accordance with an invitational Call Off Process, which may result in a Service Request or Statement of Work with the selected Contractor under its Standing Arrangement for that assignment or project. 

The anticipated term of each Standing Arrangement is from April 2024 to March 2027.  Each Standing Arrangement will contain an option to extend whereby the Province reserves the right, at its sole option, to extend the Standing Arrangement for two one-year optional extension terms, if any.  Individual SOWs or Service Requests may survive the term of the Standing Arrangement.
