    Description

    The Work comprises of the supply of labour, materials, plant, equipment, and all other services required for the removal and replacement of the existing SBS Membrane roofing on the flat roof section at THE BIRCHES (1466 Hillside Ave, Victoria, BC). 
    Only Contractors capable of providing a Ten Year RCABC Roof Star Guarantee are invited to bid on this project.
    Specifications, Drawings, Contract Documents, and Tender Form will be available for download from the CRD website by registered contractors; and at the Capital Region Housing Corporation, 631 Fisgard Street, Victoria, BC on or after Monday, March 4th, 2024.
    Copies may be obtained from the Capital Region Housing Corporation, on payment of $50.00 (GST included) for each copy requested, the sum of which is non-refundable. Digital copies may also be downloaded from www.crd.bc.ca/about/contracts-rfps/current and at www.bcbid.gov.bc.caPlease bring your copy to the Mandatory Site visit for ease of reference.
    The Mandatory Site Meeting will be held at “THE BIRCHES”, 1466 Hillside Ave, Victoria, BC on Wednesday, March 20th, 2024, at 10:00 AM in.  The meeting will commence in the frontage of the property sidewalk. Street parking is available.
    Sealed Tenders, plainly marked on the envelope "Tender for ITT 23-218 RE-ROOFING at THE BIRCHES" will be received by the Capital Region Housing Corporation at their offices at 631 Fisgard Street, Victoria, British Columbia up to 3:00:00pm local time on Thursday, April 11th, 2024 at which time they will be opened in public.
