Description
ICBC is seeking a single vendor who has the ability to provide an all-in-one cloud-based salvage and vehicle information management solution (SVIM) together with professional services for system integrations, implementation support, change management, and continuing support following solution deployment.
SVIM will be used for processing salvage vehicles from the first notice of loss through the claims life cycle and must integrate with key systems such as Guide Wire ClaimCenter and SAP. Professional services will be required for system integrations, and to implement, support, and sustain the above solution, including support for the out of province (North America) auction sales.
