- Guideways,
- Stations; and
- Systems and Trackwork (Systems).
- certify the Guideways and Stations Project Co’s monthly Statement of Progress through the design, construction and commissioning phases;
- undertake the role and obligations of the “payment certifier” as defined by the British Columbia Builder’s Lien Act, for the Stations and Systems Project Agreements.
- independently resolve payment disputes for Systems Project Agreement.
The term of this Contract is for four (4) years commencing from the date of award. At the discretion of the Province and subject to available appropriation and satisfactory performance, there is an option-to-renew the term of this agreement for an additional two (2), 1-year terms.
