Description
The Direct Award is to cover the enhancement and maintenance of the Property Assessment Review Panel (PARP) Administration POESS PORTAL application during the final transition phase between the Ministry of Municipal Affairs (MUNI) and the Ministry of Finance (MFIN). The term of the contract will allow for MFIN to continue to service the application and maintain status quo without potential disruptions to the application with the support of KPMG in order to allow time to prepare for a Request for Proposal that will be posted for a competitive bidding process open to all vendors at the end of the contract term.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s).
