Description
services of a company(s) to perform all site and infrastructure related work for the placement
of Four (4) portables and removal of One (1) portable at Five (5) school sites. All site
preparation work to place portables, is expected to be complete by June 28th, 2024 with
substantial completion by August 19th 2024, and project close-out by August 30st.
The main objective of this request is to receive a Benchmark Estimate and Schedule for the
anticipated work and contractor Unit Rates for services. Once a successful proponent has
been selected the District is looking to move forward with a CCDC3 cost plus contract
agreement to complete this work.
