    Description
The Ministry of Citizens’ Services (the “Ministry”), Digital Investment Office (DIO)) invites interested suppliers to submit a Response to this Request for Standing Arrangement to provide project and portfolio review services.

The Services may include a review of projects and portfolios funded under the minor capital Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) fund of the Government of British Columbia’s Deputy Ministers' Committee on Digital and Data (DMCDD). Reviews will be comprehensive and holistic, covering various aspects of an IM/IT project to ensure the project is delivering value for people and government, the delivery is de-risked and that the right spend controls and infrastructure are present for future success. The Services are described in greater detail in section 3.

The Ministry is seeking Contractors to perform Services on an “as, if and when required basis” to meet program needs, and there are no guarantees with respect to the number of Service Requests or the value of the opportunities.

The anticipated term of each Standing Arrangement is set to begin on or about Jun 1, 2024, and conclude on May 31, 2027. At the Province’s sole option, the Standing Arrangements may be extended by up to two potential one year extension periods on the same terms and conditions, except any increase in maximum fees as described in section 4 of this RSA.
