The Owner, the City of Salmon Arm, offers to receive quotation s for the supply and delivery of a “Electric Van”.

SEALED Quotation s, clearly marked, ‘Supply and Delivery of Electric Van – ENG 2024-00-07’ will be received by the City of Salmon Arm Public Works Municipal Office, 100 – 30 Street SE, Salmon Arm, BC, V1E 4N2 up to 2:00PM Local Time, May 24 2024.

Notwithstanding any other requirements, the vehicles shall meet the requirements and all applicable regulations from the authority having jurisdiction.
The specifications outlined in this request for quotation are to be considered as desirable and any change to the specifications noted herein must be fully documented. Incomplete or vague quotation s will not be considered.
The City of Salmon Arm reserves the right to waive informalities in or reject any or all quotation s or accept the quotation deemed most favourable in the interests of the City of Salmon Arm. The City of Salmon Arm will not accept responsibility for the costs incurred by the submitters for the preparation and submission of a Quotation or, for loss of potential profits where the project is not awarded. The lowest or any Quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
