Description
The project consists of an envelope upgrade to the Mapes Elementary School, with 2100 sq. ft. of wall area demolition (stucco & wood siding) and new air barrier, thermal barrier, continuous exterior insulation, rainscreen, Hardie panel, new flashings (at windows, doors & base of wall), and new doors & windows. The new exterior site work includes demolition & replacement of the concrete well, man door pad. The foundation wall will be insulated below the new cladding. There is cash allowance for the door hardware, and a separate price for the west wing windows in the concrete block wall.

Deadline for Questions: May 22, 2024, at 4:00:00pm
Closing Date: May 27, 2024, at 2:00:00pm
Substantial Completion Date: August 28, 2024
