Description
The purpose of this RFP is to engage qualified consultants for water and sewer system upgrades primarily for the Okanagan Falls systems. While specific projects are not yet defined, proposals are being requested from experienced firms or individuals who can provide valuable information to assess their qualifications, staff expertise, and cost structures. The goal is to retain one or more consultants, depending on focus areas and experience, who can complete all of the engineering tasks and processes related to design and construction of infrastructure.
The purpose of these projects are to address priority water or sewer upgrades identified from updated modeling and master plans for the systems. Possible projects may include upgrades of water and sewer mains, new reservoir and dedicated pumping main, liftstation or pumphouse upgrades and well development.
The retained consultant(s) will work with the RDOS to identify and update priorities for the water and sewer systems. One or more consultant may be retained depending on experience and previous successful projects.
