Description
The Ministry is inviting proposals for the delivery of community-based early years service for families in Surrey, who experience barriers in accessing services due to social isolation, cultural safety, poverty and other factors that may contribute to vulnerability. Community-based services are those that are attended in-person by children and their families in spaces that are culturally safe and supportive and in a schedule that meets the needs of families.
