Description
Altac Mechanical has been awarded the Brennan Park Rec Center revitalization project. As part of this project we are looking to upgrade the buildings existing mechanical systems. As part of this tender we are replacing all the existing Roof Top Units with a 4 pipe fan coil system. This tender is for the new equipment for this project. This tender is closing on June 14, at 2:00 PST. Please forward any RFI’s to brent@altacmechanical.com. RFI cut off is June 7, at 4:00pm PST. Project Scope:
1. Provide all required Air Source Heat Pumps and accessories as indicated, including, but not limited to 1 Air Source Heat Pumps. The Air Source Heat Pump shall consist of 4-pipe reversible outdoor heat pump.
- SEPARATE PRICE: INTEGRAL TO UNIT HEATING AND COOLING DUTY/STANDBY PUMPING KITS (HIGH HEAD).
2. Provide all required Packaged Indoor Heating/Cooling Units and accessories as indicated, including, but not limited to: 23 Fan Coil Units, Hydronic.
- S-1. PROVIDE RETURN AIR ATTENUATOR.
- S-2. PROVIDE DISCHARGE AIR ATTENUATOR
- PROVIDE UNIT PRICING FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL NORMIAL TON SIZED UNIT FOR ADDTION OR DELETION
3. Provide all required Hydronic Pumps and accessories as indicated, including, but not limited to:
- Vertical inline pumps
- Pump motors
- Built-in variable speed drives
- Built-in controls
- COMPLETE WITH ONBOARD SPEED DRIVE.
- PROVIDE SUCTION GUID, AND TRIPLE DUTY VALVE
4. Provide all required Heat Exchangers for HVAC and accessories as indicated, including, but not limited to: Plate and Frame Heat Exchanger.
- POOL SIDE WATER IS CHLORINATED POOL WATER
5. Provide all required Packaged Outdoor Heating/Cooling Units and accessories as indicated, including, but not limited to:
1 Packaged Rooftop Heating/Ventilating Units(ERV)
Please note, that any alternates are welcome to bid this project if it meets the required specifications. We welcome you to quote on one equipment package or multiple equipment packages. Please break out each package individually if multiple packages are being quoted.
