The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below.

- To provide support to Great Bear Rainforest (GBR) Landscape Unit Technical Teams and First Nations on Landscape Reserve Designs (LRDs).
- To update and develop sections of Ecosystem-Based Management (EBM) related Guidance Manuals and LRD Methodology following stakeholder engagement and government-to-government review.
- To create and deliver LRD and EBM-related training sessions.
