SUBMISSION OF BID
Tenders filled out on the Stipulated Price Bid Form contained in the project specification and marked East Chilliwack Elementary School – HVAC Upgrade shall be received at Chilliwack School District Facilities (44877 Yale Road West) to the attention of Mr. Tom Nichols, Facilities Manager at tom_nichols@sd33.bc.ca, no later than 2:00 PM on June 28th, 2024 (according to the clock on the wall in the office reception area).
MANDATORY SITE VISIT
.1 Bids will only be accepted from Contractors who register at a mandatory site tour and walk-through, scheduled for June 18th, 2024 at 1:00PM at East Chilliwack Elementary School.
