Description
Notice is hereby given that the BC Wildfire Service (“BCWS”), Ministry of Forests is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Westcoast Canvas Products Ltd. (the “Supplier”).
The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below.
The contract involves the procurement of two custom wall canvas (20 x 40 ft) tents (including all required poles, fittings, couplings, and carrying bags) with retrofitted walls to provide individual sleeping quarters for wildfire response camps. Each tent must have a hallway with 14 individual rooms (7 on each side; 6 ft x 8.5 ft each).
