Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Building and Property Maintenance Management - North Oyster Fire Hall, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Cowichan Valley Regional District (CVRD) is requesting proposals from qualified building management service providers for the management of building and property maintenance and other related services for the North Oyster Fire Hall, located at 4821 Yellow Point Road, Ladysmith, BC
The CVRD is seeking an experienced service provider that offers a wide range of property and building maintenance services.  The successful proponent will be required to perform the work independently, in an effective and efficient manner as possible in accordance with the specifications described herein.
More specifically, the CVRD is hoping to achieve the following objectives through this RFP:
  • Competitive Costs
  • Superior Service
  • Proactive management of determining when CVRD assets need replacing and making recommendations for future requirements that can be used for annual budgets.

    This will be the only notice posted to BC Bid concerning this project. All documents/addenda are only available for download/submission on the CVRD Procurement Portal Bonfire.
